10 PM – 8 AM. Please be respectful of our other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum and avoiding all excessive commotion.

Registered guests
The Red Cariboo Resort & Apartments properties are for the enjoyment of registered resort guests only. Non-registered guests are allowed on the properties only with prior approval from front desk staff or management.
This privilege is not guaranteed and all unregistered guests who are permitted to visit must leave and remain off property during the hotel’s “quiet time” hours which are 10 PM to 8 AM. Violation of occupancy policies is grounds for immediate eviction of all registered and non-registered guests without refund.

Smoking policy
We operate a non-smoking resort. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, and any other form of smoking.
We have provided one designated smoking area located at the gazebo at the Red Cariboo Apartments. This is the only area where smoking is allowed.
Smoking in an undesignated area anywhere else on the resort property is subject to a $300 penalty per occurrence.
Please refrain from disposing of your ashes and/or butts in the fire pit or anywhere other than the ash receptacles that have been provided in the designated smoking area.

However, any item, except for perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. It is your responsibility to collect your item(s).
Records of lost & found items are retained for five years. A reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.

Key replacement
As the Red Cariboo Resort & Apartments use old-fashioned keys, we are very careful with our keys and ask our guests to be conscientious with them as well. In the event that a guest loses a room key, we are required by law to change the locks for the safety of all our guests and we would have to charge a $250 penalty. To avoid this penalty, we politely and sincerely ask you to leave the key(s) on the table in the cabin/apartment before you will leave. If you have booked a cabin, please drop the key off at the front desk before you head back home.

All pets are prohibited on the property. A penalty of $250.00 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered. If you want to bring a pet along, contact us before your arrival.
