Red Cariboo Resort and Red Cariboo Apartments are not particularly suitable for people with walking aids due to their construction, which features buildings built on post foundations.

The bedrooms in the apartments and the small cabins are all located on the first floor. Only the large cabins have a bedroom on the ground floor. However, to enter a large cabin, you must climb at least one step.

The paths are snow-covered in winter, often wet and sometimes muddy or full of puddles in spring and fall, and dusty in summer. The community kitchen also has a staircase in front of the entrance.

Because we are very remote and have internet only via satellite connection, there are frequent interruptions, and data transfer is limited. Cell phone service is now available, although not completely trouble-free, and the strength varies depending on the provider.

Service dogs are permitted at the resort, and our friendly staff will, of course, assist you where they can.

However, we do not have any special facilities for accessibility. We do not have ramps at the resort. We ask our guests to take this into account when planning their trip.
