Information on travelling
The health and safety of our guests and employees are our top priority. In view of the past COVID-19 situation, we have strengthened our hygiene and safety measures to offer our guests a safe and relaxed holiday experience.
Please note that there is only interrupted cell service between Williams Lake and Bella Coola. Cell reception keeps breaking off outside of the small communities on the highway.
If you encounter problems while on the move, you may have to walk many kilometres until you get reception again from a new radio tower.
We strongly recommend using a smartphone and downloading maps for offline use. Most common map applications on smartphones allow this. The GPS on smartphones usually still works even if there is no cell service.
